For active power-line contact, call AmerenMO first (1-800-552-7583). Once the line is dead or confirmed safe, we’ll come deal with the tree.

What “move fast” actually means.

• Same-day callback, 7 days a week. If there’s active damage to your home, we’ll talk through stabilization steps over the phone before we even get there.
• Tarp-up & secure first, full removal second. If a limb is through the roof, the priority is stopping water from getting in, then dealing with the limb.
• We coordinate with your adjuster. Most insurance claims for tree damage need photos before cleanup, an itemized scope of work, and a written invoice. We do all three by default.

We get our worst tree-down weather in two windows: spring derechos and squall lines (April–June) and the December/January ice storms. After every big event we run multiple crews and try to hit existing customers first — if you’ve had us out before, mention it on the call.
