The short version.

BC Tree Service is run by Baylor Cole out of south St. Louis. We’re a small, owner-operated tree crew. Baylor climbs the trees, runs the saw, writes the quotes, and answers the phone — which is the part most of our competitors stopped doing a long time ago.

We work mostly in south St. Louis city and the close-in St. Louis County suburbs. Big oaks, silver maples, sweetgums, ash that finally need to come out, the elm in the backyard that’s been on borrowed time for years — that’s the work.

What you should expect from us.

• A returned call the same day, or the next morning if you call after 8pm.
• A free, on-site estimate in writing. No “rough number” over the phone for big jobs — we walk it.
• A real date. If we say Tuesday at 8, we’re there Tuesday at 8.
• An insured crew. Liability and workers’ comp on file. COI available on request before work starts.
• A clean yard when we leave. Chips blown out of beds. Driveway swept. Gates closed. Walk-through with you at the end.

What we’re not.

We’re not a chain. We’re not a marketing brand with a subcontractor crew. We don’t do landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, or gutter cleaning. We do trees. That’s the whole shop, and it’s on purpose — you should hire the person who specializes in the work, not the person who does eight different things.
